TRIMESTERS

Our heart behind setting this schedule of Trimesters is to create a healthy rhythm to ensure that you can finish the race well, with endurance.

Small Groups officially take place weekly three months on and one month on for rest Month.

Months On: January-March | May-July |  September-November.

Rest Months: April | August | December

SHEPHERD'S  GATHERING

Shepherd's Gatherings *typically* take place on the last Monday of every quarter during the "active" months of Small Group. This provides an opportunity for the whole small group family to be further trained, enjoy the company of friends, and for you to be blessed & refreshed in the presence of the Lord.
During the weeks that we have Shepherd's Gathering, please do not feel like you must have a Small Group meeting.

REST MONTHS

Rest Months are a time for leaders to formally stop hosting Small Groups every week in order to rest. This is an incredibly crucial part of discipleship as having a Rest Month allows Leaders to:

1. Be refreshed in the Lord and with their families.
2. Actively trust that God is the one discipling their small group members.
3. See what their small group members’ walks with God look like without the formal small group meetings.

4. Have good one-on-one’s with House Leaders and evaluate the Trimester.
5. Reflect with the Holy Spirit and ask how we can improve our groups in the new trimester.
6. Give great relational time to Faithful, Available, Teachable (FAT) people in our groups.
